Peanut Butter & Jelly Cake Pops

3. Place spoonfuls of the batter onto the parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cake pops are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

4. Allow the cake pops to cool completely before assembling them. In a small bowl, mix together the jelly, confectioners’ sugar, cream cheese, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.

5. Once the cake pops are completely cool, dip each one into the jelly mixture. Allow the excess to drip off and then roll the cake pop in the chopped peanuts.

6. Place the cake pops onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Melt the candy coating according to the package instructions. Dip the cake pops into the candy coating and allow the excess to drip off.

7. Place the cake pops onto the parchment-lined baking sheet and allow them to cool until the candy coating has hardened.

8. Serve the cake pops immediately or store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
