Ingredients

Instructions
Making the Sponge Cake:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a 15x10-inch baking sheet with parchment paper. Grease and flour the parchment paper. Set aside.
2. In a medium bowl, beat the egg whites until soft peaks form. Gradually add ¼ cup of the sugar and continue to beat until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
