Instructions

Making the Cake



Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 10-inch Bundt pan.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture alternately with the milk. Beat until all ingredients are fully incorporated. Fold in the chopped walnuts if desired.
