- 225g (8oz) self-raising flour

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 180°C (160°C for fan assisted ovens)/ Gas Mark 4 and grease two 20cm (8in) round cake tins.

Once cooked, remove from the oven and leave to cool in the tins for 10 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
