Ingredients

Instructions

Making the Crepes



In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, flour, melted butter, sugar, and salt. Once the ingredients are combined, cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for one hour.

After the hour has passed, heat a greased skillet over medium heat. Once the skillet is hot, pour 1/4 cup of the crepe batter onto the skillet and swirl it around until it completely covers the bottom of the skillet. Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the edges of the crepe start to turn golden brown. Flip the crepe and cook the other side for an additional 1-2 minutes. Remove the crepe from the skillet and set aside. Repeat this process until all the batter has been used.

Making the Filling



In a medium bowl, beat together the softened butter, sugar, vanilla extract, and almond extract until the mixture is light and fluffy. Slowly add the flour and almonds and mix until everything is combined.

Assembling the Cake



Lay one crepe on a plate and spread 1/4 cup of the filling over the top. Repeat this process for the remaining crepes and filling. Once all the crepes are stacked, sprinkle the topping mixture over the top of the cake. Refrigerate the cake for one hour before serving.
